Mission
The arts are intertwined in a continual state of problem solving, demonstrating that through the processes inherent to creating, cognition is not restricted by simply knowledge and known facts. The arts have tremendous impact on the human experience and our capacity for understanding the world in which we live. Without the arts, our schools, which some attest have become social institutions, creativity is marginalized, thus the concept of STEAM (Science, Technology, English, Arts, Mathematics). As we make curricular decisions, build institutions of learning, and construct organizations, it is imperative that, like the arts, we approach each with intentional design, seeking problems and requisite solutions in the process.
Sterling Creative Consultants develops a holistic approach to corporate wellness rather than a physical “workout” plan. That includes retaining top talent through mentor/mentee programs, messaging, corporate culture and employee morale, examining metrics for employee performance, and building collaborative, creative teams that pull from internal and external influence.
Sterling is often used to describe excellence, specifically to a person’s work or their created product. History has long-depicted the value of sterling silver. Just as sterling silver is used to craft all forms of jewelry in today’s marketplace, Sterling Creative Consultants is committed to excellence and helping you craft a better story for your organization.
Sterling Creative Consultants will develop high standards for performance with a commitment to excellence, cohesive competency, passion, pragmatic problem-solving, transparent communication, and clearly identified systems and processes.
